My recent stay at the property near Sunderland city center was a pleasant experience overall. the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to Roker beach, offers a lovely view of the sea. the house was tastefully decorated with new furniture, fresh carpets, and a clean, airy atmosphere. the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen made for a cozy stay. the proximity to local shops, cafes, and takeaways made it easy to find everything we needed. the availability of a washing machine was also a helpful feature. Although the property lacked a dishwasher and the kitchen equipment was basic, the overall value for the price paid was satisfactory. I would recommend this property for those looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly option near the beach.
